As soon as your order arrives, you will receive the registration code by mail. In the meantime, you can download the demo version which can be switched to full version with the registration code.

The Company Solution and the Corporate Solution include trainings & workshops for performing the assessment and operating the tools.

Upgrade Information

Upgrade of existing SPiCE 1-2-1-licenses up to Version 3.0.
The upgrade price depends on existing license(s) as well on your Tool-Version:

• Customers with an existing maintenance agreement:
  • Version 1.x to 3.0: 20% of the existing license price.
  • Version 2.x to 3.0: Update free of charge.

• Customers without an existing maintenance agreement:
  
  • Version 1.x to 3.0: 70% of the existing license price.
  • Version 2.x to 3.0: 60% of the existing license price.
• Upon conclusion of a maintenance agreement the upgrade price from version 2.x to version 3.0 is 40% of the existing license price. The maintenance costs amount 15% of the license price yearly. The minimum duration is 2 years. The agreement is automatically renewed for another year. The termination of the agreement has to be made in written form (fax or e-mail) at least 3 months before its expiration.
